My name is Hallie and I'm a NASM certified personal trainer and health enthusiastI devote my time to helping women feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. I love helping others build their dream bodies while still maintaining an enjoyable, sustainable, and healthy lifestyle. I teach my clients that fitness is more than just looking better physically, it's about building healthy habits that will last for a lifetime. 

Fitness and staying active has always been a huge part of my life. From the age of 7 to 17 years old, I competed as an all-star cheerleader and gymnast. During my last year of high-school, I also participated in Crossfit. However, after graduating, I decided I wanted to travel and study abroad. I lived and studied In Spain for a whole year, and although I enjoyed my travels, I stopped exercising and eating healthy. I lost my passion for fitness and gained a lot of weight. I was the heaviest I had ever been, but becoming out of shape just motivated me to push myself and start my fitness journey again.

After returning to the states in 2017, I began to take my fitness and health to the next level. I started weight training in the gym and learned about tracking macros. Fitness quickly became my passion again and I successfully lost all the weight I had gained while abroad. I wanted to give back and share my knowledge, so I began coaching my friends and building custom programs to help others achieve their fitness goals as well! From there, I got certified, stared my own coaching business, and have now helped hundreds of women around the world create new, healthy lifestyles and fall in love with their bodies- all while eating LOTS of carbs! I truly love what I do and want to help you reach your fitness and health goals, too!
